Rules and Regulations
The rental period refers to course dates and includes a maximum of 2 days before the course starts and 1 day after the course ends.

Everyone is obliged to keep their room and the common parts of the building in order and clean;

It is forbidden to modify the layout of the furnishings without the approval of the Reggio Holiday Study;

It is forbidden to smear the walls by posting photos, posters or anything else that could damage the plaster or the painting;

It is obligatory daily to carry out and dispose of according to the regulations of the city of Reggio Cal. the separate collection of waste, the incorrect performance of waste collection entails a fine of 80 € charged to the tenants;

It is absolutely forbidden to use radio television sets or to cause other sounds and noises from 11.00 pm to 8.00 am. At other times it is obligatory not to exceed the limits of normal tolerability;

The Association does not take any responsibility in case of theft that occurs from people inside or outside the apartment;

It is forbidden to bring animals into the apartment;

It is strictly forbidden to host strangers inside the apartment unless authorized by the Reggio Holiday Study;

At the end of the rental period, all tenants are obliged to pay the minimum cleaning fee of € 10 per person as stipulated in the booking contract;

Any request to leave the apartment before the deadline must be communicated at least 30 days in advance for periods from 1 to 3 months, with 60 days in advance for periods from 3 to 6 months.Otherwise the deposit will be withheld;
Guests are advised that checks will be made periodically on the condition of the apartment and on any damage or problems.
NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES WILL RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE REMOVAL OF GUESTS FROM THE APARTMENT AND THE COMPENSATION FOR ANY MATERIAL DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY OF WHICH GUESTS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE.
